Qënê-amithè Bî (/ˈqënɘ/ /aˈmiʃè/ [slow; late] [wedge]) is a temperate Town located in the Têqayëg̈ê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Qënê-amithè Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Qënê-amithè Bî was founded by Veahl Tshëmeshe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Qënê-amithè Bî has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Qënê-amithè Bî receives an average of 243 cm/y (95 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Qënê-amithè Bî covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 6292 m (20643 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Qënê-amithè Bî was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1466, by Veahl Tshëmeshe. The establishment of Qënê-amithè Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Qënê-amithè Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Qënê-amithè Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qënê-amithè Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Qënê-amithè Bî is buildings are speckled and packed arround restrictive paverstone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. Qënê-amithè Bî's failry decent fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
Qënê-amithè Bî has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Qënê-amithè Bî’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Qënê-amithè Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Qënê-amithè Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Qënê-amithè Bî possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Qënê-amithè Bî's grid is powered by an arcane means.
Qënê-amithè Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.

Cultural Notes
Qënê-amithè Bî's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
